At the CES today, Microsoft showcased a series of products with giant leap in technology.
1) Xbox Live
Most of the viewers of CES keynote today would have become great fans of Kinect, as Steve Balmer & team announced voice controls for Xbox Live. Impressive integration of social networking, home entertainment and games on Xbox Live.
2) Windows phone 7
If you are looking forward to an update in January, you have to wait longer as it was announced that the updates will be available in the next few months.
3) System on chip
This is definitely great news that Windows OS will be running on x86 and ARM based systems. We can expect innovative and high end devices with smaller form factors in the future.
The surface computer version 2 was displayed at during the keynote, with a revamped form factor. Its cool technology for corporate or home users.
Overall the keynote was a peek into the future technology offerings from Microsoft.
