Tata Indicom Internet connection

I was so happy that finally broadband has come to India. Was also happy to have a broadband connection and also
to use a Tata Photon+ connection.

But that was the worst mistake I ever made. The Tata broadband service is not working for 3 days and photon also not working for 2 days.

Adding to all these, Tata support team says they don't have an immediate solution.

Wow! Is this the customer service?
